Former BEC Recordings artist Jessa Anderson has teamed up with her husband Jordan to release a free Christmas single, titled "O Son of God, We Wait for Thee." The two, known as Jordan & Jessa plan on releasing more music together in the near future.
"Jordan and I recorded a Christmas song that we are giving away for free," the singer-songwriter wrote in to JFH. "It's a reworking of a hymn by Philip F. Hiller, and is based on the tune of 'O Christmas Tree.'"
"The song is called 'O Son of God, We Wait for Thee,' and is available free to anyone on jordanandjessa.com." On the site, the twosome also share a blog post with information on the tradition of Advent, and some of the back story on how Jordan wrote the song.
